Refund & Returns Policy
At Super Clean Detailing Supply, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages or Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and take care of it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Some items can’t be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and we’ll be happy to clarify.
Exchanges:
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Customers:
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
